This retreat is led by Zoë Joncheere & Mathilde van Beekhuizen
Inhabiting - our body and mind. Drawing the landscape. Exploring boundaries.
Where is me? And where is you? Where do I need to draw the line? And is that allowed? Necessary? Inspiring?
What kind of freedom is contributing to the unique expression of my body and mind? Small, alone, big, together? What does it mean to interconnect? Physical? Spiritual?
For artists who like to be guided by transpersonal knowing. For spiritual seekers who want to enhance their capacity of observing (inner) landscapes.
The land of Amiglia and its surroundings is our field of exploration. Zoe guides us with her expertise in meditation, Nobody’s Dance and Moving Language. With Mathilde we learn to observe as an artist: to track and map the landscape in unexpected ways, to zoom in and out, to question and to (re-)associate. In the synergy of the two women and the presence of the elements, we deepen our experience of inhabiting who we truly are and find new ways to give expression to that.
The programme will consist of:
Nobody’s Dance morning practice
Daily two hour session guided by Zoe, with non-duality informed practice: dream sharing, meditation, movement, inquiry.
Daily two hour session guided by Mathilde: observing, ‘landscaping’ tracking, drawing, mapping, interconnecting.
The explorative work is not limited to the sessions but continues as we live together at Amiglia.
Hiking, resting, journaling, enjoying the beauty of the place and of being together.
