Amiglia is truly a sanctuary for anyone seeking clarity and greater connection with themselves. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and peaceful. The people attracted to the place are all seeking more meaningful ways of living, giving way to genuine conversations- and the nature surrounding the place is stunning with plenty of hiking trails you can easily explore on your own.
Zoe has truly overdelivered in terms of what is offered, and undercharges- reflecting the spirit of generosity of the space. It was a blessing to spend time at Amiglia :)

Amiglia cannot be described, only experienced. If I have to make an attempt, then Amiglia is a place where I come home. It is life as life is meant to be, loving, transparent, open, simple, moving. Zoë is a wise, creative, funny and inquisitive woman who carries and nourishes Amiglia.
Definitely recommended to do a retreat here or to stay in another way.

Amiglia was the ideal place to realign, relax, and connect with nature and the community present at the time. It’s a place with a unique energy; I recommend it to anyone seeking peace or inspiration.

Amiglia is a space to recharge and renew your energies. The place is very peaceful, the vibe is just beautiful and the views are great. The sessions with Zoë feel great for your body and mind. You have enough time for yourself, to meditate, read, exercise, go for walks around. Food was great.
While you enjoy the wonders of the countryside, you’re still well communicated with urban areas. The close village is in a walking distance (25 min) and Amiglia is close to the train station (5 min by car) and 25-30 min by walk. I’m very grateful with Zoë, Riana and Luca for the time we shared together. 🙏💗✨

A beautiful place with great energy. To stay, to contribute, to just be, to let every day unfold in community and tranquility. To be welcomed by the way of living, the inspiring hostess and the environment.

I stayed 5 days in Amiglia and had a beautiful and unique experience of love, openness, grace, positive adaptability, participation and sharing thanks to Zoe and all the people I met during my stay. The concept of this community promotes a personal research on the relationship with oneself, people, nature and time. It involves reasoning, spirituality, practical life and much more as it provided with countless stimuli I have now the chance to think about further and read.

I spent a week at Amiglia with the focus on Remembering my True Self. I found it life changing and it is helping me let go of things and thoughts that no longer serve me. Amiglia is a truly beautiful place with a wonderful energy. Zoë holds the space with such gentleness, wisdom, and compassion. I loved the morning movement and meditation practice - it is one of many beautiful memories that still linger inside me. Go there!!

Ahhhhh Amiglia, this place is as soft, light, smooth and natural as it sounds. Attending a language inquiry retreat here late October was such a wonderful gift. Becoming movement by becoming and using verbs mainly. Away from the separateness of so called things I moved like the wind, became the river, flew like a bird, watered like rain, dampened in rocks. One-ing with co-participants and sharing our dreams. Thank you Amiglia, thank you Zoë, forever hearting together...

Staying at Amiglia feels like staying in a community of like-minded people. The morning starts quietly, with everyone gathering in the same space to start the day with a half hour of moving intuitively to music, followed by another half hour of silent meditation. Then breakfast is served and the coming day is discussed: who will cook lunch, who’s cooking dinner, who’s doing the other chores that need doing? Even if you’re on a retreat, you’ll have enough time for yourself. The place and its surroundings are really beautiful and peaceful, just doing a walk around is a pleasure, and Amiglia is ideally situated. It feels isolated and quiet as it’s in the countryside, but it’s also close to a train station, a little river with a stone beach for when you want to cool off, and there’s a little village in walking distance. I enjoyed staying at Amiglia so much, I returned for a second time, and I’m hoping more visits will follow!
