What to expect from a stay at Amiglia?
Dear friends,
In this letter we’d like to tell you about what to expect from a stay at Amiglia. There are different ways to stay at Amiglia and different outcomes, but a few things always emerge in the feedback we receive from guests:
the energy of the place is moving - something to do with coming home to love and beauty
I feel reconnected to my original being - I can just be myself
it’s transformative - I leave with renewed peace, energy and inspiration
What are the different ways to stay at Amiglia?
As a guest
You can simply come as a guest, join the ongoing rhythm of the community, and enjoy slow, meaningful holidays, with hikes, visits, bathing in the river and in the sea (the Mediterranean is one hour away by train), lots of time to hang around, read and meet other people.
As a guest with extras
Lately guests have been coming while booking two private sessions with Zoe spread over the course of a week. The sessions are very deep and transformative, so, this is for you if you want to go on that journey and take your time to integrate what comes to the surface. Highly recommended for people in need of healing. Amiglia offers very warm and caring energy to support you.
As a retreat guest
Choose a week with a program. This summer we have a special week with Esther and Zoë - Nature Reflecting - in which we will explore movement, meditation and creating with what more-than-human nature offers. Check it out here. In autumn, we’ll take it a step further again, with retreats led by Zoe, and also a Silence and Sound retreat led by Surya Nada. Here is an overview of all our retreats.
Find your way to stay at Amiglia. We’d love to welcome you!
Much love,
The Amiglia TeamDid you know?
- It’s also warm here in the North of Italy, but we are lucky to have a house with one-metre-thick walls and cooler nights. So, with a good practice of keeping everything shut during the day, and everything open during the night, we have pretty comfortable nights!
- A few years ago, Zoe made a short film about the Nobody’s Dance sessions she offered back then. Her work has changed since then but the essence remains the same. You can watch the short here:
