Life at Amiglia: Art, Personal Transformation & Retreats

Here is a note from Zoë, founder of Amiglia.

“Last night was the first night of 2026 that I was the only one staying at Amiglia. Today is the first day that it’s just her and me. It’s good to have a moment together. To take in what we’ve been creating together. And to be moved.

Amiglia is becoming a very beautiful and inspiring place, touching the hearts of many people by now. I am surprised myself by all that is being created and transformed here, both on a visible and tangible level and through very deep personal journeys. Many people tell me that staying at Amiglia has changed their lives profoundly.

I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for being at the heart of Amiglia. For being the one who listens to how she wants to develop further. ART, she said a few months ago, louder than before. And I organised artist residencies. They have been beautiful and productive, and Amiglia tells me: MORE. So, yes, in 2027 we will welcome artists in residence again.

I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for the many beautiful people I get to know while being at the heart of Amiglia. Your open hearts and helping hands ARE Amiglia — a living wholeness, constantly becoming what she is. Thank you so much, all of you.

I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for the energy that works through me. Both during retreats and personal sessions, all I have to do is be present. This energy — life itself, if you want — goes way beyond what I could do as a person. It’s just working, and I get to be a privileged witness. Thank you to all the people who have decided to trust the process. For this work, too, Amiglia tells me: MORE. And I say: yes. More Uncover Your True Nature. More availability for private sessions.

Next week, I will be joined by some open hearts and helping hands to prepare Amiglia for her winter sleep. While travelling over the winter, I will continue preparing the 2027 chapter of Amiglia. Here, you can already find some of what will be on the programme.

Taking pictures is not always on our minds when life is simply happening at Amiglia, but we’ve taken a few. You can find them in the gallery.

Thank you for being Amiglia together.

Much love,
Zoë”
