Amiglia’s Living Presence

Dear friends,

We’ve had three wonderful retreats in a row, and we feel deeply grateful to welcome so many beautiful people to Amiglia. For each of them, a transformative journey unfolds — sometimes in unexpected ways, yet always moving toward greater inner freedom, love, and creativity.

Each person who comes becomes part of Amiglia’s unfolding. Again and again, we are touched by how Amiglia is not just a place, but a living presence — a subtle synergy that arises in every moment through the meeting of those who gather here.

During the Uncover Your True Nature retreat, we explored the Oneness that we ultimately are — that from which everything arises (including ourselves). We did so by looking at what keeps us from being there, and through practices that help us settle into that one moving wholeness.

During the Moving Language retreat, we continued to develop Zoe’s unique approach to reconnecting with this moving wholeness by gently piercing through the veil of language.

During the Inhabiting week, we combined Zoe’s energy work with Mathilde’s invitations to explore the physical dimensions of Amiglia and what they reflect back to us.

We’ve shared so much meaningful work and so many beautiful encounters — it’s hard to capture in just a few words. What unfolds is a kind of remembering: how simple and beautiful it is to live together, to live from being rather than from thinking, to let go of layers that no longer serve us, to connect with the nature surrounding Amiglia, to listen to the owls and the hoopoes, and to share our night dreams.

In one week, we begin another Uncover Your True Nature retreat — and there are still a few places available. Later in May, we’ll offer the Moving Language week (this time in English).

You are all very welcome.

Much love,

AMIGLIA
